Customization changes can be accepted within 2 hours after placing your order. After this time, production preparation begins and changes may no longer be possible.

Because personalized jewelry is made specifically for you, customized pieces cannot usually be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error caused by us.

Non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days after delivery if unused and in original condition.
