Made-to-Order Production

Because your jewelry is personalized, each piece is individually crafted after your order is confirmed.

Production usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on the design, customization options, and craftsmanship required for your selected piece.

Every engraving, gemstone detail, and personalized element is carefully prepared to create a piece made uniquely for you.

How long does shipping take?

After production is completed, standard shipping usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your delivery location.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the United States.

For orders below $100, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Since each piece is customized and begins production shortly after your order is placed, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 2 hours after order confirmation.

After this time, your order will enter the personalized production process and cannot be modified or canceled.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and delivery updates.
