Once your personalized jewelry is completed, we carefully ship your order to your chosen address.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

For customers in the United States, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $100.

Important Order Information

Because personalized jewelry enters production shortly after purchase, changes or cancellations can only be accepted within 2 hours after your order is placed.

After this time, your order will begin the customization process and cannot be modified.
